Our Mission
Our mission is to provide respite for caregivers of adults with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Parkinson's, Stroke or Traumatic Brain Injury by providing a safe, nurturing, fun environment for their loved one. We provide a variety of programs that will stimulate the mind, energize the body, enhance social connectedness and build self-esteem.

Our Program
- Along with a group of incredibly loving, giving, and capable volunteers, we experience the deep joy of creating a community where people living with cognitive impairments are known for who they are, not for what they are no longer.
- Trained professionals and volunteers provide supervision, lead activities and serve a snack and lunch each day at Shepherd's Place Respite in Fairhope.
- Fellowship, socialization, and sensory stimulation are offered to participants through a variety of programs.
- Participants have the opportunity to enjoy activities such as card games, music, art projects and crafts, chair yoga, trivia, exercise and much more!
