Originally from Mobile, Caroline Bishop graduated from Saint James School in Montgomery, AL and majored in Art History at Birmingham-Southern College. She has lived in Fairhope for almost 22 years with her husband; they have 2 daughters.
Caroline has experience in the senior care industry for the last 11 years, working as the sales and marketing director for various assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities in Baldwin County and now as the Director of Shepherd’s Place.

Toni is a graduate of St.Cloud State University, Minnesota, with a Masters Degree in teaching K-8 language arts and music education. Upon retirement, she gives piano lessons, plays for Masses at the Shrine of the Holy Cross Church, and is an active pianist for Shepherd's Place.

Lynne is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a BA in History. She’s married with two grown children and as a military spouse she’s had the privilege of working and volunteering in a variety of communities across the country. Three years ago, while stationed in Maryland, she began working with the aging population in the dementia care unit of an assisted living facility. Upon moving to Fairhope last year, she hoped to continue to serve in a similar capacity and began volunteering regularly at Shepherd’s Place. Lynne fell in love with this amazing program and is thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to its continued growth and success through her role as assistant director
